How I think
I believe most people don't fail from lack of effort—they fail from building before they're clear. My work creates clarity before commitment: in service design, in AI systems, and in decisions. My path spans information science, data systems, and digital design, with earlier years in occupational safety that shaped my risk-aware approach to building. I hold an MA in Digital Design and Innovation from Heriot-Watt University, am an IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator, and am the IxDF Local Leader for Galashiels, Scottish Borders.
